Hi, I’m Lars, a Product Designer and UX Specialist based just north of Copenhagen. I plan, manage and create digital products.

Presently an Assistant Researcher at IT University of Copenhagen, a position fully funded by DigitalLead project “From List to Graph View”.

The project improves the user experience of digital visualization in cybersecurity – leading to my part-time role as Design Lead at Seculyze, a cybersecurity SAAS startup affiliated with the project.

My academic journey took me through a trifecta of how to approach a problem. From the practical hands-on prototyping, coding and making, to the abstract reasoning and argumentative philosophy to the middle ground of UX Design, where my diverse problem solving capabilities has proven their merits.

In three years at Amgen’s R&D department, I sharpened my problem solving skills often finding creative solutions to unique challenges in the field of pharma-engineering. I also planned, taught and evaluated design courses at Vallekilde Højskole, improving my ability to effectively communicate design and complex ideas. Both roles and my year as a Freelancer have been instrumental in strengthening my adaptability and communication skills.

Creativity and optimization fuels both my professional and personal life, leading me to thrive in environments that value curiosity, process and innovation. As a designer, I’m driven by the thrill of solving a problem.
